OFFICIAL SWEEPSTAKES RULES – GAS SAFETY SURVEY

The “Gas Safety Champions Survey Sweepstakes” (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Florida Gas Utility (“Sponsor”) and governed by these official rules (“Official Rules”). By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules, and understands that the results of the Sweepstakes as determined by Sponsor and its agents, are final in all respects. The Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law. This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the promotion will be directed to Sponsor, not Facebook.

ELIGIBILITY

This Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of Florida who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry who have Internet access and a valid e-mail account prior to January 1, 2026. Public and elected officials are not eligible to enter this Sweepstakes. Sponsor has the right to verify the eligibility of each entrant. The survey must be completed by the following quarterly deadlines to qualify for that quarter’s Sweepstakes drawing: March 31, June 30, September 30, and December 31 of 2026 (“Submission Periods”).

HOW TO ENTER

To enter a quarterly Sweepstakes, go to www.GasSafetyChampions.com and follow the instructions. Entrants must fill out all required fields on the survey. Upon submitting the completed survey form, the entrant will receive one (1) entry. One entry per person per quarterly period.

WINNER SELECTION

From all eligible entries received during each of the Submission Periods, a winner will be chosen by random drawing. Winners will be announced within 10 days after each of the Submission Periods. Announcement and instructions for prize delivery will be sent to the e-mail address supplied on the winning entry. Each entrant is responsible for monitoring his/her e-mail account for prize notification and receipt or other communications related to this Sweepstakes. If a potential prize winner cannot be reached by Sponsor within seven (7) days of the drawing using the contact information provided in the entry, or if the prize is returned as undeliverable, that potential prize winner shall forfeit the prize. Upon the request of the Sponsor, the potential winner may be required to return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release. If a potential winner fails to comply with these Official Rules, that potential winner will be disqualified. Prizes may not be awarded if an insufficient number of eligible entries are received. Winners who have received a prize are not eligible for additional prizes during the twelve (12) month period following the applicable Submission Period.

ODDS OF WINNING:

The odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries timely received.

$150 Visa® Gift Card issued by Florida Gas Utility Terms and conditions may apply. Incidental expenses and all other costs and expenses which are not specifically listed as part of a prize in these Official Rules and which may be associated with the award, acceptance, receipt and use of all or any portion of the prize are solely the responsibility of the prize winner. ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL TAXES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OR USE OF ANY PRIZE IS SOLELY THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER.

ADDITIONAL LIMITATIONS

Prize is non-transferable. No substitution or cash equivalent of prizes is permitted. Sponsor and its respective parent, affiliate
and subsidiary companies, agents, and representatives are not responsible for any errors, deviations or omissions in the offer or administration of the Sweepstakes or these Official Rules, the selection and announcement of any winner, or the value, utility or distribution of any prize. Any attempt to damage the content or operation of this Sweepstakes is unlawful and subject to possible legal action by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to terminate, suspend or amend the Sweepstakes, without notice, and for any reason, including, without limitation, if Sponsor determines that the Sweepstakes cannot be conducted as planned or should a virus, bug, tampering or unauthorized intervention, technical failure or other cause beyond Sponsor’s control corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper play of the Sweepstakes. In the event any tampering or unauthorized intervention may have occurred, Sponsor reserves the right to void suspect entries. Sponsor and its respective parent, affiliate and subsidiary companies, agents, and representatives, and any telephone network or service providers, are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any human error, technical malfunction,
lost or delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, line failure or malfunction of any telephone network, computer equipment or software, the inability to access any website or online service or any other error, human or otherwise. At its sole discretion, Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel this Sweepstakes if it determines that the integrity, security or administration of the Sweepstakes may be called into question.

INDEMNIFICATION AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

BY ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES, EACH ENTRANT AGREES TO INDEMNIFY, RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR AND ITS PARENT, AFFILIATE AND SUBSIDIARY COMPANIES, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTIONAL AGENCIES, AND ALL THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS (“RELEASED PARTIES”) FROM ANY LIABILITY, DAMAGES, LOSSES OR INJURY RESULTING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM THAT ENTRANT’S PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES AND THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE, MISUSE OR NON-USE OF ANY PRIZE THAT MAY BE WON. RELEASED PARTIES DO NOT MAKE ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE CONDITION, FITNESS OR MERCHANTABILITY OF THE PRIZE, DISCLAIM ANY LIABILITY FOR DAMAGE TO ANY COMPUTER SYSTEM RESULTING FROM ACCESS TO OR THE DOWNLOAD OF INFORMATION OR MATERIALS CONNECTED WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES. By participating, each entrant grants Sponsor permission to use his/her name, likeness or comments for publicity purposes without payment of additional consideration, except where prohibited by law.

El “Sorteo de la Encuesta Campeones de la Seguridad del Gas” (“Sorteo”) es patrocinado por Florida Gas Utility (“Patrocinador”) y se rige por estas reglas oficiales (“Reglas Oficiales”). Al participar en el Sorteo, cada participante acepta cumplir con estas Reglas Oficiales y reconoce que los resultados del Sorteo, según lo determine el Patrocinador y sus agentes, son definitivos en todos los aspectos. El Sorteo está sujeto a todas las leyes y regulaciones federales, estatales y locales aplicables y es nulo donde esté prohibido por la ley. Este sorteo no está patrocinado, avalado, administrado ni asociado de ninguna manera con Facebook. ELEGIBILIDAD

Este Sorteo está abierto a residentes legales del estado de Florida que tengan dieciocho (18) años de edad o más al momento de participar, cuenten con acceso a Internet y tengan una cuenta de correo electrónico válida antes del 1 de enero de 2026. Los funcionarios públicos y funcionarios electos no son elegibles para participar en este Sorteo. El Patrocinador se reserva el derecho de verificar la elegibilidad de cada participante. La encuesta deberá completarse antes de las siguientes fechas límite trimestrales para calificar para el sorteo correspondiente a cada trimestre: 31 de marzo, 30 de junio, 30 de septiembre y 31 de diciembre de 2026 (“Períodos de Envío”).

CÓMO PARTICIPAR

Para participar en un Sorteo trimestral, visite www. GasSafetyChampions.com y siga las instrucciones indicadas. Los participantes deberán completar todos los campos obligatorios de la encuesta. Al enviar el formulario de la encuesta debidamente completado, el participante recibirá una (1) participación. Se permite una (1) participación por persona por cada período trimestral.

SELECCIÓN DEL GANADOR

De todas las participaciones elegibles recibidas durante cada uno de los Períodos de Envío, se seleccionará un ganador mediante un sorteo al azar. Los ganadores serán anunciados dentro de los diez (10) días posteriores a cada Período de Envío. El anuncio y las instrucciones para la entrega del premio se enviarán a la dirección de correo electrónico proporcionada en la participación ganadora. Cada participante es responsable de monitorear su cuenta de correo electrónico para recibir notificaciones del premio u otras comunicaciones relacionadas con este Sorteo. Si el posible ganador no puede ser contactado por el Patrocinador dentro de los siete (7) días posteriores al sorteo
utilizando la información de contacto proporcionada, o si el premio es devuelto como no entregable, dicho posible ganador perderá el premio. A solicitud del Patrocinador, el posible ganador podrá estar obligado a completar y devolver una Declaración Jurada de Elegibilidad y Exención de Responsabilidad/Publicidad. Si el posible ganador no cumple con estas Reglas Oficiales, será descalificado. Los premios podrán no ser otorgados si no se recibe un número suficiente de participaciones elegibles. Los ganadores que hayan recibido un premio no serán elegibles para recibir premios adicionales durante los doce (12) meses posteriores al Período de Envío correspondiente.

Las probabilidades de ganar dependen del número total de participaciones elegibles recibidas dentro del plazo establecido.

Los gastos incidentales y todos los demás costos y gastos que no estén expresamente indicados como parte del premio en estas Reglas Oficiales, y que puedan estar asociados con la adjudicación, aceptación, recepción y uso total o parcial del premio, serán responsabilidad exclusiva del ganador. TODOS LOS IMPUESTOS FEDERALES, ESTATALES Y LOCALES ASOCIADOS CON LA RECEPCIÓN O USO DE CUALQUIER PREMIO SON RESPONSABILIDAD EXCLUSIVA DEL GANADOR.

LIMITACIONES ADICIONALES

El premio no es transferible. No se permiten sustituciones ni el canje por dinero en efectivo. El Patrocinador y sus respectivas empresas matrices, afiliadas y subsidiarias, agentes y representantes no son responsables por errores, desviaciones u omisiones en la oferta o administración del Sorteo o de estas Reglas Oficiales, la selección y anuncio de cualquier ganador, ni por el valor, utilidad o distribución de cualquier premio. Cualquier intento de dañar el contenido o el funcionamiento de este Sorteo es ilegal y podrá dar lugar a acciones legales por parte del Patrocinador. El Patrocinador se reserva el derecho de terminar, suspender o modificar el Sorteo, sin previo aviso y por cualquier motivo, incluyendo, entre otros, si determina que el Sorteo no puede llevarse a cabo según lo planeado o si un virus, error técnico, manipulación, intervención no autorizada, falla técnica u otra causa fuera del control del Patrocinador afecta la administración, seguridad, equidad, integridad o el desarrollo adecuado del Sorteo. En caso de que se detecte manipulación o intervención no autorizada, el Patrocinador se reserva el derecho de anular las participaciones sospechosas. El Patrocinador y sus respectivas empresas matrices, afiliadas y subsidiarias, agentes y representantes, así como cualquier proveedor de redes o servicios telefónicos, no son responsables por transcripciones incorrectas o inexactas de la información de participación, errores humanos, fallas técnicas, transmisión de datos perdida o retrasada, omisiones, interrupciones, eliminaciones, fallas de línea o mal funcionamiento de cualquier red telefónica, equipo informático o software, la imposibilidad de acceder a cualquier sitio web o servicio en línea, o cualquier otro error, humano o de otro tipo. A su entera discreción, el Patrocinador se reserva el derecho de modificar, suspender o cancelar este Sorteo si determina que la integridad, seguridad o administración del mismo puede verse comprometida.

RESPONSABILIDAD, DAÑO, PÉRDIDA O LESIÓN QUE RESULTE, TOTAL O PARCIALMENTE, DIRECTA O INDIRECTAMENTE, DE LA PARTICIPACIÓN DEL PARTICIPANTE EN EL SORTEO Y DE LA ACEPTACIÓN, POSESIÓN, USO, MAL USO O NO USO DE CUALQUIER PREMIO QUE PUEDA GANAR. Las Partes Exoneradas no otorgan garantías, expresas ni implícitas, respecto a la condición, idoneidad o comerciabilidad del premio, y renuncian a cualquier responsabilidad por daños a cualquier sistema informático resultantes del acceso o descarga de información o materiales relacionados con el Sorteo.
